Política de reembolso

We have a 10 year workmanship return policy. If for any reason the materials and workmanship are not to your satifaction you can return your mattress for an exchange of the same mattress. 

We have a NO return policy for a mattress which is delivered to you and you dont like the mattress for any reason except workmanship. Unless it has been damaged in shipment which you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Mattresses cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items or gift cards.
